We are a successful manufacturing company supplying high quality, luxury printed pillow products.
Everything we supply we produce ourselves, in our own West Yorkshire manufacturing facility, and our
mission
is to
deliver quality personalised goods to you, quickly and to provide excellent customer service with
excellent
communication.
We manufacture all our products ourselves for our customers in the UK and therefore control all elements
of
the
production of your order. We don't depend on others to print an image on fabric, sew a cushion cover or
make
a canvas
frame. This means that we fulfil orders in a short time and with high quality as we are in control.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our printing, the products come out bright and rich in colour, we
only
use quality
inks and fabric to produce stunning results, not the washed out colours that some people get. Our
tailoring
is first
class because we don't outsource it to the cheapest factory that will do a poor quality job.
There's nothing worse than not knowing where your order is, so we try to keep our customers informed of
the
status of
their order. We confirm receipt of your order, let you know when it will be dispatched and if there is a
problem that
needs to be resolved to fulfil your order, we will contact you to resolve it.
